The idea for this project originated in my award-winning senior thesis research on visual attributes of physical anti-vaping communication materials in Massachusetts and the lack of youth-appealing, harm-reducing public-facing communications. This animated short PSA was designed to be something that could be quickly displayed in a public area to educate Massachusetts youth and young adults about available nicotine cessation resources, and to remind all smokers that quitting takes time!
